Return & Refund Policy

In Accordance with European Legislation

1. Right of Withdrawal

   Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days without justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day the customer or a third party indicated by them acquires physical possession of the goods.

2. Return Process

   To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us of their decision to return the product through an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by postal mail, fax, or email). It is recommended to use the withdrawal form provided, although it is not mandatory.

3. Return Conditions

   Products must be returned in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) to enable their resale in new condition. Return costs will be borne by the customer.

4. Refund

   After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we will proceed to refund all payments received from the customer, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the customer’s choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of the decision to withdraw.
